Our order cutoff is 3:00 PM Central Time (CT), Monday–Friday.

Orders placed after the cutoff time, on Sundays, or on applicable holidays may be processed on the next available business day.

Delivery estimates are provided for general guidance and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery times.

7. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions described in our Refund & Return Policy.

Restocking Fee: No restocking fee is charged for approved returns.

Exchanges: Exchanges are accepted for eligible items, subject to product availability and applicable return conditions.
